The protein content of our SESAMINA sesame flour presents an excellent Amino Acid profile and a high real digestibility. As well it does not contain sugars which cause flatulence and it is not genetically modified and therefore SESAMINA is an ideal alternative to be used as a nutritional value enricher in industrial products like breads, cookies, pastes and noodles, breakfast cereals, etc. The oil which is present in SESAMINA contains the 2 powerful anti oxidants SESAMOL and SESAMOLINA which will increase the shelf life of products containing high levels of lipids. SESAMINA will also improve the organoleptic characteristics of the texture of products where it is applied, causing a pleasant flavor and aroma and increasing the consistency of these products regarding firmness.
