IQF Frozen Mangos
|
The Mexican Mango is one of the sweetest tropical fruits in the world. Mexico produces a high quantity of mangos every year. The sweet taste and the attractive color make this tropical fruit one of the delicacies in Mexico and all around the world.
Only selected fresh mangos, 100% Mexican, are used as raw material for frozen IQF mangos. The frozen mango is obtained from Mexican varieties (Tommy, Hayden and Kent) and is freezed in an IQF tunnel with the highest care.
Before entering the IQF tunnel the mango is thoroughly washed in water, peeled and cut. The available cuts for our frozen mangos are dices (10mm, 15mm and 20mm) and chunks (3/4”-1’), every cut is hand made.
With the highest hygiene standard and carefully controlled temperature your product is free of risks. Our supervision and quality control in the production reassure the safety of the product and the high quality you deserve.
