Our Ultra Refined Sesame Oil is produced by a physical refinery process making the finished oil suitable for organic certification if required by the customer.

During the process, only authorized organic elements are used and heating is carried out using high pressure steam so as to avoid using petroleum heating oils such as downtherm. Sesame oil has natural powerful antioxidants called lignans and for this reason there is no need to add chemical antioxidants. Another important characteristic of this oil is its long shelf life due to its high resistance to oxidation.

The oil is packed with a nitrogen blanquet helping to keep the peroxides stable during storage and transportation.
