SESAPROT

   

SESAPROT is used as an emulsifying agent, providing texture and volume in products like Sugarplums, Preserves, Dips, Creamy Soups, Stirred Creams, etc.

 

Furthermore, due to its high solubility at acid pH and the excellent protein value, SESAPROT is used to enrich ready-to-use drink juices and several other pre-mixes for making drinks with a high nutritional value.

 

For its high nutritional protein value,  SESAPROT is also used as a protein level enrichment agent in Breakfast Cereal Mixes, Grain Bars, Special Breads, Sport Pastes, etc.

 

Due to its functional characteristics such as capability and stability in the emulsification of fats, SESAPROT is an ideal substitute for lactic products like casein and milk powder to elaborate analog and processed cheeses.

SESAPROT is extracted from Sesame Seeds and has a minimum protein content of 90%.
