This is the product obtained from  seeds of the  SESAMUM INDICUM,  family of the Pedaliaceae, which undergo a process of separating the hull from the seed after they were thoroughly cleaned when received from the fields.

Ambient warehouse:  13-27°C = 55-80 °F                       12 months max.

The mechanically hulling is an unique  DIPASA  technique, which does not include  chemical agents in the separation of the hull from the seed and thus conservating it’s natural and  nutritious qualities.
